Working method

The entire ground floor of this property is fitted with JK’s in-ground UFH system. The subfloor, a suspended timber construction, is the construction floor. A fibre-board of KNAUF (23 [mm]) is fitted on top of the timber subfloor construction and JKs system is embedded into those boards. The KNAUF boards are plain and easy to fit, no floorplan, no pre-routed channels and available at any builders merchant. After installing the boards, the JK engineer routes channels and fit the UFH system. JK’s in-ground UFH is a single heating system (no radiators needed), bespoke, efficient and affordable.
