Working method

One of a kind detached family home located in Pontyclun, a village in the County Borough of Rhondda Cynon Taf wales. The extension on the rear side gave the unique opportunity to provide both, the extension and also the existing kitchen area with an energy efficient water underfloor heating system. The same system is installed in the new and old part of the house, so one manifold and one system can control the heating of the kitchen and dining area. The floor finish, engineered wood, is ideal to apply on top of JKs UFH system due the low temperature and the maximum floor surface temperature of 27C. The extension and also the existing part of the house are very spacious, open and hygienic due the absence of the radiators.
