This detached house is located in the hills of Tintern, in Monmouthshire, Wales. Tintern is a village on the west bank of the River Wye which forms the border between Wales and England. The house is build in the early 90s with three large rooms downstairs, the lounge, kitchen and dining. A total area of approx. 50 square metre is provided with JK in-ground UFH ™, which is a significant heating improvement, where the house use to have electric heaters and a fire place as primary heat source. Solar panels and a electric boiler function as heat-source in combination with the low temperature water underfloor heating system, which makes it a very sustainable and ecofriendly living accommodation.
