This detached home is a very spacious property in the village of Little Dunham, situated in the Breackland District of Norfolk near Kings Lynn in the East of England. The groundfloor, a screed floor, is completly provided with JKs in-ground UFH ™ water underfloor heating system. The house is divided in 5 zones, which can be all controlled seperately. Since the heating pipe is direclty under the surface, JKs in-ground UFH ™ is much more accurate and responsive then traditonal wet underfloor heating system.
