Detached House - Bridgend

Working method

A very spacious detached family size home in Bridgend, in a quiet cul-de-sac location. The extension at the rear of the house and a new kitchen with lounge and dining area brought up the idea to install a water underfloor heating system in both, existing part of the property and the new extension. The floor construction in the extension is leveled at the same hight as the existing part and JK’s in-ground UFH system is installed into both areas, divided in two zones. James Oliver Kitchens has designed the extesnions and installed a new kitchen.
