At JK we truly value the synergy between the product and its installation, which results in an all-round concept from production to installation. In particular with underfloor heating the way it is installed can have a substantial effect on the final result. If underfloor heating products such as manifolds and pipes are installed incorrectly, this can have a considerable impact on their operation and performance.


The right laying distance between the pipes, the length of the pipe groups, zone allocation and even the location and placement of the manifold are of crucial importance. For this reason, JK works exclusively with its own installation crews. This way we can guarantee not only the products we deliver, but also the entire installed system.
We strive to work with permanent teams, especially where it involves our core activities, i.e. the production and installation of the JK system. We consciously avoid outsourcing of projects and we are proud that this has led to a team of over 150 permanent employees. This is exceptional in some of the countries that we are active in and/or in the construction industry as a whole.
Our service model deviates from the underfloor heating industry, which is generally known as a ‘product driven’ market. Many manufacturers are occupied solely with designing and delivering products, where we also believe in the importance of installation. To the JK Group this means much more: we offer job security in the countries in which we operate and this enables us to service local clients with local employees.
