How the System Is Installed
Our installation begins with the use of the patented JK® floorgrinder, designed to create precise 15x16mm channels in your current floor—whether it’s sand-cement screed, concrete, or anhydrite. This advanced machinery operates with an integrated industrial vacuum system, ensuring a virtually dust-free environment throughout the process.
Once the channels are prepared, our durable JK® flextube heating pipes are securely embedded into these grooves, lying just beneath the floor surface. To enhance the system’s performance, we apply JK® flexseal, a specially developed backfill that seals the channels, eliminating air gaps and creating an optimal base for your chosen floor finish.
